FL500-1325 Laser cutter is specially designed for cutting different kinds of steel. It integrates optical, mechanical and electrical in one system which adopts latest laser technology, CNC control technology and high-performance laser power system to process all kinds of metal sheets with high speed and efficiency.
 
Laser cutting can get better cutting quality, because of the small laser spot, high energy density, fast cutting speed.
 
A. Cutting kerf is narrow and parallel on both sides,also perpendicular to surface, dimensional accuracy of cutting pieces can be up to + / - 0.05 mm.
 
B. Cutting surface is smooth and beautiful, the surface roughness is only a few dozen microns, laser cutting can be used as the final working procedure, parts can be even used directly without mechanical processing.
 
C. Heat affected zone is very small, material performance is hardly affected near the kerf width , and the workpiece deformation is small.Also,kerf geometry is good , slitting rectangular cross-section shapes appear to be regular.

3. Fiber laser suitable for fast speed and precision cutting stainless steel and mild steel. Cutting speed is much faster than YAG laser.

 
4. Aiming at high speed cutting, strengthened welded machine body after 2 times of aging process, ensuring long-term accuracy and stability of performance.
 
5. Dual-pressure gas control system of 3 gas sources (high pressure air, nitrogen, oxygen) meets the processing requirement of all kinds of metals. Easy operation and low cost
 
6. Enclosure design conforms to CE standard for reliable and safe processing. Pallet changer is convenient for material uploading and unloading and further improving working efficiency.
 
7. Optimized optical lens, specially designed nozzle and sensor technology realize more stable and smooth cutting. Optional collocation of 2000mmX4000mm, 2000mmX6000mm working table.
 
8. Dual drive, aging treatment, stress relief test to ensure long time fast running without changing shape;
